Starting a blog is not easty..lol

Ok,I've spent day's wanting this blog to be perfect. I came to the conclusion that I need to just start it so I can enjoy writing and as I go take all the suggestions and advice I can get from all the wonderful and experienced blogger. I'm a big girl and you will not hurt my feeling for being honest if something is not good. I want to learn and learn to be good. Not boring and put you to sleep..lol. So, I've hit my first road block. Do I need to blogs to incorporate more than two or three topics. Such as Nascar, Food(changing my family's eating habits completely)and I should have put this first, God and what he has done for my family. What have you learned by your experience with blogging?
